Mint Living Praha Hloubětín was created through the complete conversion of a former industrial building that once served as a clothing warehouse for Textil Praha. The original structural frame was preserved and, together with FINEP, we fitted it with 168 fully furnished rental flats, mostly studios (1+kk), complemented by one-bedroom units (2+kk and 2+1).
Distinctive loft-style architecture with industrial features gives the project a clear character. Tenants can use a reception, secure bike storage, underground parking and retail space within the building. The Nademlejnská tram stop is right outside the entrance, and the Hloubětín metro station (line B) is within walking distance.
