The MINT Residential Fund, founded by partners at Mint Investments in 2020, has been awarded the title of Best Real Estate Fund for the general public.
At the second annual gala event, ThePrime Real Estate Gala, organized by the real estate portal ThePrime.cz, we received the award in the new category of real estate funds. This category was evaluated by 18 independent experts in the field of real estate, in collaboration with the team at the Institute of Strategic Investments, which quarterly monitors and publishes key performance indicators of real estate funds in the country. These data, covering the last 36 months, were provided to the judges who assessed the funds based on this information. The evening, hosted by Forbes Česko editor-in-chief Petr Šimůnek, also included a raffle and auction, raising 1.7 million Czech koruna for an organization dedicated to supporting foster care, Rozum a Cit.
