The Schiller Palace, one of the iconic buildings on Na Příkopě Street in Prague 1, underwent a reconstruction. What were the changes?
Complete replacement of HVAC air conditioning - We modernized the entire air conditioning and cooling system to not only be efficient but also eco-friendly. The ventilation now meets the highest standards, ensuring a healthier working environment. The replacement of modified air and four-pipe fan coil units are now in all areas, providing comfort in this premium office building. To achieve optimal working conditions, we also added humidifiers and sterilization UV lamps to the system.
Construction of a parking system - The reconstruction also involved converting storage spaces in the underground floors into a parking system with an innovative automatic parking system. This enables convenient and safe parking for 10 vehicles, a huge benefit for tenants or their visitors in the heart of Prague.
New reception and elevator lobby - The brand-new reception and elevator lobby now offer an elegant and modern space, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and building residents.
