The Square leasing update

Over the last 9 months we have renewed leases with 5️⃣ major tenants in The Square building in Prague 4.

✅ Over the past nine months, our Asset Management has successfully resolved five expiring leases totalling 4,050 sqm in The Square building in Prague 4.

👥 The team managed to extend lease agreements with Ipsen Pharma, a global specialty pharmaceutical company, as well as CTS Trade, a leading provider of trade fair and congress services, Media: list, a digital marketing agency and MMC, an IT solutions provider. In addition, Tabella, a provider of human resources solutions, has also extended its lease and has expanded again to its original size.

💯 We continue to maintain 100% occupancy!

In addition, we have achieved a significant improvement in the overall standard for our tenants with the refurbishment of several social facilities in the building.
