Successful transaction Forum Karlín & Ibis Prague

We represented Amundi Czech Republic as transaction manager in the sale of two major Prague properties – Forum Karlín and the Ibis Prague Old Town hotel.

The new owner is Patria investiční společnost, whom we congratulate on the successful acquisition.

Forum Karlín is an iconic multifunctional complex combining modern offices with a cultural and event hall for up to 3,000 visitors. The Ibis Prague Old Town hotel offers 287 rooms in the very center of Prague and excellent accessibility for both business and tourist clients.
