Sale of iconic building at Pařížská 3

We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed the sale of the iconic building at Pařížská 3, which serves as the headquarters of the luxury brand Louis Vuitton. We carried out this transaction, exceeding CZK 1.4 billion, in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield. The building was acquired by Raiffeisen Investment Company from Komerční banka's Real Estate Fund, managed by Amundi.

We are pleased to have been able to manage this exceptional property since 2015 and to have now successfully completed this transaction to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The building, which was completely renovated in 2014, offers over 2,000 m² of modern retail space at the most prestigious address in the Czech Republic. "This transaction is a significant milestone for the Czech commercial real estate market.
