We are delighted to have successfully completed the acquisition of the B&B Hotel in Prague for Amundi Czech Republic, the manager of the Amundi KB3 Real Estate Fund. The hotel was completed in 2013, offers 160 rooms on an area of approximately 5,000 m², and is operated by the established B&B Hotels brand in the 3* economy segment.
Its location in Prague's Florenc district also plays an important role, as it is set to be transformed into an attractive urban space as part of Penta's development project from 2027.
