Our Coral Office Park project has been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of "Very Good"!

BREEAM In-Use is the world's most widely used standard for assessing energy-efficient and sustainable buildings. It monitors everything from design and operation to use. Coral performed particularly well in the following key categories:

Transport – metro right at the entrance, bicycle facilities, and quick connection to the city ring road.

Energy – LED lighting, four-pipe HVAC, and smart metering reduce consumption and costs.

Health & Well-being – plenty of daylight, high-quality ventilation, and greenery on the premises promote productivity and health.

This result confirms our long-term ESG commitment: lower CO₂ emissions, lower costs for tenants, and long-term stable value for investors.
