As transaction advisor, we completed the sale of the Keystone office building in Prague's Karlín district from the KB2 Real Estate Fund portfolio managed by Amundi Czech Republic. The Keystone building is one of the most architecturally distinctive office buildings in Karlín, offering 6,551 m² of office and retail space. Thanks to its location close to the center of Prague, it has long-term stable tenants.
The sale represents the final exit of the KB2 fund and the completion of the entire investment cycle in line with the original investment horizon.
We would like to thank Amundi, namely Jozef Murza and Jan Vachta, for their trust and cooperation. We would also like to thank our colleagues at MINT for their work throughout the transaction.
