The MINT residential fund SICAV portfolio has expanded with a new project in Prague's Hloubětín district.

The portfolio of MINT rezidenční fond SICAV, a.s. has expanded to include a new residential project in Prague's Hloubětín district, which is part of the Mint Living platform. The Mint Living Praha Hloubětín project offers 168 fully equipped apartments with high-quality architectural design and a high standard of rental housing.

The distinctive loft architecture with industrial elements gives the project a clear character and sets it apart from the usual offerings on the market. The emphasis is on comfort, functionality, and professional management. The Mint Living platform currently manages 636 apartments in Prague, Brno, and Plzeň and has been responding to the growing demand for rental housing for a long time.
