Sale of the Polygon House office building in Pankrác

We are delighted to have acted as transaction advisor on the successful sale of the Polygon House office building in Prague's Pankrác district from the KB2 Real Estate Fund portfolio managed by Amundi Czech Republic. The new owner is the DRFG investment group.
Polygon House is a modern Class A office building with distinctive ship-shaped architecture. The eight-story building offers more than 10,000 m² of office space and is located in an established administrative area near Arkád Pankrác, with excellent transport accessibility.

The sale represents a planned step in the fund's exit phase and confirms the quality of active asset management and long-term investment strategy.
